1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Xindex.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides AI-driven data extraction services for property documents.

2. Nature of Data & Service Fees

Public Document Disclosure: Index 2 (Property Registration) documents are public records issued by the Government of Maharashtra. These documents are available to the public for free on the official government portal (IGR Maharashtra).

What you are paying for: Xindex.in does NOT charge for the document itself. Our service fees (Tokens) are strictly for the AI computational processing, OCR transcription, structuring, and data intelligence layer we provide to make these public records searchable and actionable.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility. Organizations are responsible for the actions of their invited members (Employees).

4. Token System

Xindex.in operates on a token-based system. One token is consumed for every successful document extraction. Tokens are non-transferable between organizations unless authorized by Xindex.in support.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While our AI engine (powered by Gemini 1.5 Pro) aims for high accuracy, the extracted data should be verified against the original document. Xindex.in is a productivity tool and does not provide legal or financial advice.
