Xindex.in collects minimal personal data required for account management, including your name, email address, and organization details. When you upload documents for extraction, those files are temporarily processed by our AI engine and stored in your private encrypted workspace.

2. Public Documents & Privacy

We recognize that Index 2 documents are public records. However, Xindex.in treats your specific uploads and extracted datasets as private property. We do not share your project-specific data with third parties or other organizations on the platform.

3. Data Security

Your data is secured using industry-standard encryption. We utilize Firebase (Google Cloud) for secure authentication and database management. Access to your organization's data is restricted via robust server-side security rules.

4. AI Processing

Document extraction is performed using Google Vertex AI. Your documents are processed in a secure environment and are not used to train global public AI models.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to delete your uploaded documents or your entire organization account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated document data is permanently removed from our active Firestore databases.
