Refunds & Cancellations

1. Token Purchase Policy

Xindex.in provides digital tokens that grant access to our AI extraction engine. Since tokens are digital assets that provide immediate access to computational resources, all token purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Our Extraction Guarantee

We value fairness. Our system is designed to only debit a token from your balance when an AI extraction is successfully completed. If a file fails to process due to a system error, no token will be deducted from your account.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

If you are on an enterprise plan with recurring billing, you may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining token balance until they are used or until the account is deactivated.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as multiple accidental billings for the same transaction. In such cases, please contact support@xindex.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
